Get the best out of your sleep for more energy, all based on your Chronotype

Sleep chronotypes with most of us know this but believe it or not, our bodies are different. Each of us has a program to function better at different & specific times of the day than the other. Based on general preferred mornings and evenings. We all are different people, so we fall into different sleep classifications. These are called “Chronotypes”.

Do you wonder why some people are early risers or night hawks? It’s because we all fall under different “sleep chronotypes.” There are four different types. Each one has preferred wake-up times and variable energy levels. Understanding your type will significantly affect your feelings throughout the day.

So, Lisa, our certified sleep specialist, for her best tips for each Chronotype, allowing you to know yours. Check out what Lisa says and how to optimize your sleep preparation.

In every person, there is a master biological clock that ticks away inside of our brain, with dozens of more miniature biological clocks that also work throughout their body.

Unlike a standard clock, every person’s biological clock does not keep the same time or even at the same pace. When you have heard someone say, “I’m just not a morning person,”. There is an excellent reason for this. It means that each person has a different production time. Meaning some will be more productive in the morning than at night and vice versa.

Each Chronotype will help you better know what you need to do to work with your body, not against it.
