By using CBT-I as a treatment for insomnia it can be a very effective and beneficial way to deal with it.

CBT-I Session Consultation Call can help the following situations. Insomnia, sleep, anxiety, depression just to name a few. All of these benefit greatly from when we use CBT as a treatment. By focusing on what we are thinking and feeling we can refocus our train of thought. Stopping that downward spiral that occurs toward the situation or feeling. To enable us to stop the downward spiral. We can help refocus those thoughts and feeling back into more positive and affirming thoughts.

Within this session, I will help focus your thoughts on the right path. Help you find out the trigger to those thoughts and feeling you are having. By creating a positive way to stop and rethink those thoughts. Making them appear less daunting and overpowering in your life. CBT-I can change your life in many ways. In these sessions we dont just focus on sleep we focus on all areas of your life – as this is what impacts our sleep.

Refocusing on the positives and a different mindset will change your feeling and association with those and greatly reduce. In some occasion, it can disappear altogether.

These sessions are 30 mins. During this time slot, I technically split into 3 mini sessions in that time. In which we do a catch-up focus timeslot. A refocus and address timeslot and end with the new method and strategy timeslot. Advising what and how you will go forward telling you where and how to work through this. CBT-I can make a big difference in a few sessions and once you know what the skill is you are to master. It takes practice, practice, practice. 🙂
